Ms. Le Nguyen Thien Nga is a prominent social activist and the Director of the “From Policy to Life”project. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Policy Research Council for Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs, representing a network of over 25,000 member enterprises under the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.

She is the founder and executive director of the Vietnam Startup Ecosystem, and the founder of Vietnam InnoVentures, an innovation-driven investment fund. Furthermore, she established the Vietnam Creative and Inspirational Space, where she has curated and led numerous exhibitions and cultural-art programs.

As a strategic advisor for public policy initiatives, Ms. Thien Nga leads the “From Policy to Life” program, facilitating direct dialogues with high-ranking leaders of the Communist Party and the State of Vietnam, while also working to strengthen government relations and branding strategies for both domestic and international enterprises.

She is the recipient of the 2020 Women in Business Award by the Stevie Awards, and serves as National Advisor and Coordinator for this prestigious international awards program, which has been honoring outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs for over 18 years.

“With a pioneering research orientation in areas such as data, global tax policy, innovation, frontier technologies, strategic governance, digital transformation, and ecosystem development, she has made significant contributions to national policy formulation and the promotion of the creative economy. She has served as the principal author of numerous major policy proposals submitted directly to the Government and is the chief architect of the market development initiative for innovative enterprises under the Prime Minister’s Decision.

Notably, she plays a pivotal role in the formulation and advancement of the Data Market Strategy for the National Data Center, with a strategic vision to position data as a national resource essential to the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society. She leads national-level research and policy initiatives on data governance, contributing to the establishment of a modern data infrastructure to support state administration and socio-economic development.

Leveraging many years of experience as a program coordinator at Vietnam National Television (VTV1), she currently serves as the executive producer and chief content editor for several prominent policy platforms, including the Private Sector Economic Development Strategy Forum, the Vietnam Economic Forum, and the National Strategy Forum. In addition, she serves as a strategic advisor and member of the content steering committee for a number of key documentary projects on national policy commissioned by the Government. She is also the lead producer of the program “Director-General Dialogues with Leaders of the Party and State“, and for many years has spearheaded the national initiative “From Policy to Life“, aimed at transforming public policy into practical and impactful implementation.”

With a pioneering research orientation in key areas such as data, global tax policy, innovation, frontier technologies, strategic governance, digital transformation, and ecosystem development, she has made significant contributions to national policy formulation and the promotion of the creative economy. She has served as the principal author of numerous major policy proposals submitted directly to the Government and is the chief architect of the market development initiative for innovative enterprises under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 844.

Notably, she plays a pivotal role in the formulation and advancement of the Data Market Development Strategy for the National Data Center, with a strategic vision to position data as a critical national resource essential to the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society. She leads national-level research and policy initiatives on data governance, contributing to the establishment of a modern data infrastructure that supports public administration and socio-economic development.

She has also been actively engaged in developing government relations and brand communication strategies for both domestic and international corporations, including Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), Korean Air, Daewoo E&C, MB Bank, VietinBank, PetroVietnam, PV GAS, MobiFone, VinaPhone, VNPT, and Viettel, among others.
